Every mark verified.
Every job documented.
Quality isn’t a line-item here. It’s the reason aerospace and medical manufacturers send us their parts in the first place.
Verification
Every 2D Data Matrix and QR code is read and graded before leaving the facility. No failures ship.
Documentation
Certificates of Conformance on request. Process parameters, operator, and verification data captured per job.
Repeatability
Precision jigs designed per part for high-volume runs. Mark location, orientation, and depth stay consistent batch-over-batch.
- MIL-STD-130
Item Unique Identification
DoD standard for marking items entering the IUID registry. Syntax, encoding, and legibility per the current revision.
- ISO/IEC 15415
2D Code Quality
Symbol contrast, modulation, axial nonuniformity, grid nonuniformity, unused error correction — graded per symbol.
- AS9132
Aerospace Direct Part Marking
Guidance for aerospace direct part marking that avoids substrate damage and supports cleaning/inspection cycles.
- FDA UDI
Medical Device Identification
Unique Device Identification marking strategies for medical devices, compatible with passivation and autoclave cycles.
Are marks MIL-STD-130 compliant?
Yes. We produce MIL-STD-130 compliant Item Unique Identification (IUID) marks, including 2D Data Matrix codes that meet ECC-200 encoding and pass ISO/IEC 15415 grading.
Do you provide Certificates of Conformance?
CoC is available on request at no additional charge. Certificates document substrate, process parameters, operator, date, and verification data.
How do you verify marks?
100% of serialized codes are read and graded before shipment using a camera-based verifier. Any failures are reworked or flagged.
Can you handle ITAR or controlled material?
We handle parts under customer-driven ITAR compliance workflows. Reach out to discuss your program requirements before shipment.
